Interruption on water supply

I think Malaysia have given the wrong company to do the job. If not, why is Subang out of water? Why is our country managing this worse than countries in drought? I just saw them putting a sign, they are so called under construction in way of "kesulitan". Or is that another euphemism for sorry-we-have-not-supervised-the-piping-installation-and-so-problems-appeared-and-this-can-cover-our-asses.

I have not much against Malaysia, after all it is my own country but I could never understand why have such a nice country turned out so unpromising. I think even if we push the blame back to decision makers of the country, we should still think over who have the right to vote...
