JB and KL people

I met a lot of JB and KL people and we all know they do not mean people from Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur... The definition of friends to them is absolutely the opposite of "Friend in need is a friend indeed". They come to you only when they have something to tell, which is coherent with ghosts in Japanese Horror showing up only for a purpose.
