Window to the soul

Sunday’s message was on our se7en senses. We tried balancing with only one foot on ground, eyes closed and eyes open. Apparently we could only balance well with eyes open because we can compensate that way.

What I have read struck me immediately, Morrie got his students to pair up. One falling deliberately falling backwards and one catching the person from behind. Almost nobody fell “correctly” except a student who closed his eyes. What you see, could deceive you, but what you feel can’t be wrong.

When you choose between bible and your specs, would you read your bible with a blurry vision?

Do we close our eyes as we dive into our arms, or should we keep our eyes wide open at all times…

I, need to believe.
